1.2. Digital delivery is immediate and irreversible.
2. ABSOLUTE NO-REFUND POLICY
2.1. Once delivery occurs, the transaction is final.
2.2. The Buyer irrevocably waives any right to refund or cancellation.

3. SOLE EXCEPTION

3.2. System logs and server records constitute final and binding proof of delivery.
3.3. If logs confirm delivery, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.
4. CHARGEBACK ENFORCEMENT
4.1. Fraudulent disputes will be fully contested.
4.2. The Seller may pursue recovery of funds, administrative fees, and legal costs.
4.3. Accounts associated with disputes may be permanently restricted.
